If you use Smart-ID, make sure that you have an active account in Smart-ID app and your mobile phone has Internet available (connection). Make sure that PIN1 is entered in Smart-ID app within 2 minutes of appearance of the control code.
If you use new type of PIN-calculator, make sure that during authorization you enter APPLI 1 code. If also your spouse or colleagues use PIN-calculator, make sure that you use the right one.
If you are using ID card, make sure that your computer is prepared for working with ID card (ID card software has been installed and ID card reader is working), and correct PIN is entered.
With the Financial Planner you can quickly get an overview of your financial situation, create budgets for yourself, obtain control over your expenses and make better use of your money. The Financial Planner automatically finds the right data from your transactions and organises them into expense and income groups. This enables you to get a great overview of your transactions by selected periods.
The overview of finances page brings out most important results of the Financial Planner analysis. All overviews are based on the period you have chosen. By default, the current month has been selected.
The Financial Planner will give you a better overview of your finances if you follow a few simple rules:
Always group all your transactions. The bank will automatically group most of your transactions, but there are transactions that the program cannot organise into any groups.
Divide the transactions into several parts if you need to. People often buy various goods from large supermarkets. If the bank has specified food as the expense group, but you actually bought clothes or consumer goods with the same transaction, you can divide the transaction into several parts and specify each part’s correct expense group.
Specify budgets. You can set a separate limit for each expense group and the Financial Planner will warn you at the overview page if you are approaching the limit or have exceeded it. Try to stay within the budget and adjust its limit if necessary. You can also specify budgets for smaller sub-groups.
Visit the Financial Planner page regularly. At each visit check from the overview page whether you have ungrouped or incorrectly grouped transactions and correct them. Observe the use of the budgets and analyse your expenses and income. Occasionally do it for a longer period.
