Due to planned IT maintenance works, clients may experience periods of downtime in the operations of Swedbank’s electronic channels on 18th of April between 00:00 AM and 4:30 AM . Works may affect the Internet bank, mobile bank, card payments and ATMs.

Branches' opening times and processing payments during holiday season

Interbank euro payments not functioning from 19 to 22 April. Intrabank payments and instant payments made through mobile app Swedbank 2019 are processed as usual.

From 19 to 22 April, Europe celebrates Easter. Since the Trans-European Real-time Gross settlement system TARGET2 (including its Estonian branch) is closed for the holidays, interbank or international payments will not be processed from 19 to 22 April.

Domestic euro payments

Domestic payments initiated on 18 April after 4:00 PM in bank office or 4:30 PM in electronic bank channel and also 19 to 22 April initiated payments will be accepted, but not submitted to the beneficiary’s bank until 23 April.

Attention! Please be wary of text messages sent via SMS

Today afternoon suspicious text messages started to spread where it falsly seems that Swedbank is the sender. Those text messages include a link to a website similar to Swedbank but there a customer is asked to insert their user name and Smart ID password to login to Internet Bank.
