Changes in Agreement of Teleservices
Teleservices agreement changes will enable to change payment limits for private customers in the internet bank.
From 22nd of November 2018 private customers will be able to see and change internet bank payments’ limits by themselves in the internet bank. In order for this functionality to work, we also need to update the Teleservices agreement.
Important things about these changes:
- Previously limits were set for each account. After changes account limits will be replaced for private customers with one total limit for day and for month. If this was previously not set by you, sum of all account based limits will be used. It does mean if a private person (account owner) has account-based limits, they will be valid until 22nd November 2018 and starting of that date adult account owner will use total customer based payment limits.
- You will need to log in with Smart-ID, PIN generator, Mobile-ID or ID card to see and change limits. If you are still using a code card, you will be able to see the limit for once only but will not be able to change it.
- In case customer does not want possibility to manage limits in internet bank there will be possibility to turn off this functionality.
- Changes does not have influence for business customers, children under 18 years old, disabled persons who have legal representative and other users who are not account owners – for them this functionality is not available and existing account based limits will remain the same.
Additionally payment initiation and account information service providers will provide you respective services through internet bank.
If you disagree with abovementioned changes, you have the right to cancel Agreement of Teleservices by letting us know about this before 22nd November 2018.
