User rights

You can give other users access to your Internet Bank and choose the rights for each user based on different profiles shown in the table below.

Manage your Internet Banking users, payment limits, accounts, agreements, and access rights.

  • Save time and change your daily and monthly payment limits in Internet Bank whenever you need to.
  • Increase the limit up to 20 000 EUR or reduce to an amount you prefer. If you need a higher limit, send us a bank message.
  • Instant payment limit – the maximum limit for outgoing instant payments per day or per one transaction. You can disable and enable the instant payment limit via Internet Banking or at any of our branches.
  • Limit changes for Internet Bank payments take effect immediately after the changes are made.
  • Give other people access to any of your accounts. They must have a user-ID issued by Swedbank.
  • To get a user-ID, the person needs to be identified. It can be done remotely here.
  • Revise, revoke and suspend user rights based on profiles.
  • Set user-based payment limits.

If you are added to other digital services agreements:

  • As a regular user, you can view the content of the agreement, including your rights stated in it.
  • As a corporate customer with administrator rights, you can make amendments to the agreement.
  • If you are a parent or legal representative of a minor or a person with limited legal capacity, you can see their agreement.
 Before you decide to give someone access to your account, you should make sure they understand the responsibility. Especially when you give someone rights to make payments from your account, you should ask yourself if you trust this person and if the risk of sharing the account is worth the reward. Bear in mind, users with full mode access will be able to manage some other account-related agreements as well (e.g. Easy saver, e-invoices etc). When it comes to your account security, you can never be too careful!
