Welcome to Swedbank remote service channel

There are few things to keep in mind before we start.

To be identified remotely, you must be at least 18 years old and follow the steps below.

You will need:

  • a valid passport or Identity card of the Republic of Estonia. NB! Only a Residence permit is not enough;
  • Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, ID card with a reader;
  • a computer, tablet or mobile phone with a camera and microphone;
  • a separate room where you can be alone and participate in a video call safely and undisturbed.

How does it work?

  • Fill in the application.
  • Have a video call with our employee (M–F 8:45-16:45).
  • Follow the instructions.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
