Annual interest from 7.9%. This depends on your income, commitments, the amount of loan and consumer’s credit history, etc. Interest is calculated on the loan balance.
Contract fee is 1% of the loan amount; minimum €100.
No need for a down payment or collateral.
Your monthly income must be at least €650 – or at least €1100 with a co-applicant.
A 6-month bank statement is required if your income is not deposited in Swedbank.

If you are using the loan to perform repairs, construction or renovations, the precondition for receiving a loan is that the immovable property has been entered in the land register in the name of the borrower.
If you are buying immovable property or a plot of land, you must register it in the name of the borrower in the land register within 90 days after signing the loan agreement.

Repayment of the loan amount will take place on the basis of an annuity schedule, within the agreed upon term, by means of pre-determined monthly payments.
The loan term may be from 6 months to 10 years.
You can repay the loan prematurely (either in part or in full) without any additional fees.
