Conditions of factoring

The factoring agreement sets out a number of conditions, such as the contract and advance limits. Find out more about factoring terms and conditions.

  • The contract limit can be a minimum of 32 000 EUR
    When entering into the contract, there shall be agreed the limit, within which you can submit outstanding trade receivables. For example, if your contract limit is 32 000 EUR, and you have already submitted different invoices within this amount, new invoices should also be submitted to us, but these will be financed only upon the discharge of the limit. The amount of each received invoice will discharge to you the established part of the limit.
  • Advance rate up to 90% of claim amount
    With factoring you get your money straight away. We finance up to 90% of the amount of the invoices you submit. We pay you within a couple of days of the invoices being presented.
  • Payment deadline up to 120 days
    Ordinary payment deadlines are between 30 and 60 days. The payment term on the invoices you submit can be up to 120 days.
