Notification Services

Notification gives you a quick and easy overview of the transactions on your account

  • Notifications will be sent by e-mail or text message.
  • Notifications will be sent 24/7 or between 8 to 23.
  • A notification costs 0,19 euros. The service charges due for the notifications sent during the day will be added up and the amount will be debited from your account the following day.

What notifications could be ordered?

E-invoice received Notification is sent when a new e-invoice arrives.
Reminder about e-invoice payment due date Notification is sent as a reminder about an upcoming e-invoice payment. These notifications are sent for unpaid e-invoices one day before the due date. After that, the payment must be made manually, as there is no automatic payment agreement for the e-invoice.
E-invoice standing order payment executed Notification is sent when an e-invoice automated payment is made. To receive this type of notification, the customer needs to set up a Standing Order Agreement for the e-invoice. This allows the payment to be made automatically.
E-invoice standing order payment not executed Notification will be sent if an e-invoice is partially paid or not paid at all (for example, if there is not enough money in your bank account).
Agreement of e-invoice standing order will end soon Notification is sent when your automated e-invoice agreement is about to end. The notification is sent 5 days before the agreement ends. After the agreement ends, e-invoices will no longer be paid automatically. If you continue to receive e-invoices after that, you will need to pay them manually.
Standing order payment executed Notification will be sent when standing order payment is successful.
Standing order payment not executed Notification will be sent when e-invoice standing order payment is not successful. This can happen if there is not enough money in the bank account.
Loan payment executed Notification will be sent when the automated loan payment is successfully done. You can activate the notification at a branch office or by calling customer service.
Loan payment not executed Notification will be sent when the automated loan payment is not successful. You can activate the notification at a branch office or by calling customer service.
Account balance is less than set limit Notification when your account balance drops below the minimum amount you have set. A common example is receiving an SMS when the balance falls below 10 EUR.
Executed payments and account balance Notification about an outgoing transaction and your account balance after the transaction. Notifications are not sent for card reservations, transfers between your own accounts, or service fees. Common examples include paying utility bills for electricity or heating, or transferring money to other persons.
Received payments and account balance Notification about an incoming transaction and your account balance after the transaction. Common examples include receiving a salary or pension.
  • You can also order notifications about your accounts to other users (the person has to be also user in your Digital Services agreement).
  • If you change your phone number or e-mail, please change it also for the notifications.
  • If your phone is lost or stolen, please call the Consultation Centre 6 310 310 immediately and close all the services associated with your phone number as quickly as possible.
  • The notification services are blocked automatically if client hasn’t paid the service fees within three days.
