Money request

Receive payment from a customer by sending a money request link or QR code.

  • While logged into the mobile app as a business user choose “Transfers” section.
  • For Android users: click on icon; for iOS users: select “Money request”.
  • Fill in the requested amount and payment details.
  • Choose to generate money request by a link or QR code.
  • Request payment by showing a QR code to a customer or select how to send the money request (via text message, email or otherwise).

Capabilities

  • Generate up to 50 requests per day.
  • The maximum amount per request is EUR 200.
  • Each request can be opened by payers up to 100 times, but the sum of all payments made based on the link or QR code cannot exceed EUR 600.
  • Money request link or QR code is valid for 30 days.

View the card’s PIN code

Any cardholder who has access to the company’s Internet Bank, can check their own card’s PIN code in the Swedbank app. It’s secure, simple and will help, if you forget your original PIN or cannot remember it after changing.

  • Easy: The PIN code viewing feature is included in the “Cards” section of the Swedbank app.
  • Secure: The PIN code can be viewed only with your authentication.
  • Convenient: no need to order a new card and wait for it to be delivered if you ever forget your PIN code.
  • Personalised: the PIN code can be viewed in the app only by the card owner who has access via the company’s Internet Bank to a card related account.

To view your card’s PIN code in the app, log-in and tap on the “Cards” section in the bottom menu. After choosing one of your cards, check the new feature under its details – it is called “Card PIN”. After tapping it, you’ll need to confirm it with your chosen authentication method. After that, the card’s PIN code will be shown for 30 seconds. Be careful when using this feature and do not show your PIN code to other people.

Biometrics and PIN are the most convenient ways to log in to our mobile app and the internet bank.

View the card’s details

Now you can easily see the details of your cards, including card number, expiry date, and Security Code/CVC2.

  • Simple – find the card credentials feature in the Cards section.
  • Convenient – no need to have the physical card beside you when shopping online, just copy the card number from the app.
  • Secure – the information is visible only to the card holder and it is accessed by using authentication.

This feature is available for active cards only and the icon next to the card number makes it easier to copy.

How it works?

To view the card details, log in to the app, go to the Cards tab, and select Card Credentials.

Every request for card details requires authenticating it with the Smart-ID PIN2 code. The card details are shown for 45 seconds, minimizing the risk in case the phone screen is visible to others. If you can't copy the card number in 45 seconds, you can sign in again with PIN2 to have it displayed once more.

In this section, you will see all your company accounts with Swedbank, as well as recent transfers. Choose your most convenient way for displaying accounts (if you have more than one) and recent transfers:

  • all accounts in one window;
  • each account separately.

You can easily choose a recent transfer as a template for a new payment if the recipient is the same.

We know that sometimes payments are urgent. We have grouped payments for easy navigation and quick selection:

  • most frequent payments;
  • payments between your accounts;
  • defined payments;
  • instant payment to another bank in Estonia what joined Instant payments schema;
  • new domestic payments.

Everything you need to manage with your business card you can do from the mobile app:

  • block the card and unblock it within 10 days;
  • view card’s PIN code, card number, expiry date and Security Code/CVC2;
  • change card limits (legal representative only);
  • allow or prohibit contactless payments (legal representative only).
  • manage your digitized Mastercard in different digital wallets and see linked service providers.

For other actions, you will be redirected to our mobile responsive Internet Bank.

As a bank of many products and services, we believe your company uses much more than only cards and payments. Hence, we have created a services section which includes:

  • company loans;
  • smart terminals (mPOS);
  • possibility to apply for new services.

Be aware about your customer payments in your business account instantly – free of charge. You can easily turn on/off push notifications.

To check your balance quickly, use the widget:

  • set up widget on your home screen;
  • tap on the icon;
  • view your account balance without logging in into the mobile app.

Availability

You will be able to download Swedbank Eestis app to any smart device (phone, tablet, etc.) with operating system versions at least:

  • Android 5.0
  • iOS 16.0

Biometrics

To use biometrics, the software version must be at least:

  • Android 6.0
  • iOS 16.0
  • Always protect your smartphone or tablet computer with a password.
  • Don't let any one else use your smart phone or tablet computer.
  • Do not save the biometric data of other users on your phone.
  • Have an anti-virus app installed.
  • Always follow the instructions from your smartphone manufacturer when enabling biometrics.

Smart ID is the most convenient solution for accessing the Mobile Bank. It is both secure and free of charge.

Use the smart terminal together with a smart phone or tablet PC to deliver outstanding payment experience for your customers.
