  1. Log in to Swedbank mobile app as a business user. After selecting “Transfers” section:

    • For Android users: click on icon.
    • For iOS users: select “Money request”.
  2. Choose the account to which you would like to receive money.
  3. Fill in the requested amount and payment details.
  4. Choose to create money request by a link or QR code.
  5. Select how to send the money request (via text message, e-mail or otherwise) or simply request payment by showing a QR code to the customer.
  6. Your customers can make the payment by simply opening the link or by scanning QR code.

Note! Account used for the first money request, further will be used as fee debiting account.

Make sure you inform your customers that you will be sending them a money request to pay for goods or services.

  • Money request can be generated by Business Internet Bank users having at least Information profile.
  • Up to 50 money requests can be generated per day, per user.
  • EUR 200 is the maximum amount per unique money request.
  • Each unique money request can be opened by different payers up to 100 times.
  • EUR 600 is the maximum sum limit for different customers’ payments made on a unique money request.*
  • Money Request link or QR code is valid for 30 days.
  • Payments are allowed from Swedbank, as well as other Estonian bankSEB, LHV, Coop, Citadele accounts.

*For example, if you send a money request for 200 euros, payers can use the same link for three consecutive payments until the total amount reaches 600 euros. However, if the money request is for 3 euros, payers may open and use the request for up to 100 times. When either limit is reached – 600 euros or 100 uses –, the payer receives a message that the money request is invalid.

Fee is applied for each successful incoming transaction, debited once per month for the previous month from the account from which the first money request was initiated. Effective as of 01.12.2025
