Visiting a branch

We advise to book a meeting in advance.

Several branches have automated doors (can be opened by pressing a button). List of branches with automated doors.

Our queue management machines at the branches offer audio solution, thus you can plug-in your headphones to the machine to get audio instructions. If you can’t find or don’t understand some information, you can press “Assistant needed” button located in front of the queue management machine, and the bank consultant will assist you.

Customers can use internet bank self-service kiosks at our branches.

ATM

Many ATMs are in accessible height and can be accessed from a wheelchair. List of accessible ATMs.

Supporting persons

A customer may be accompanied at the bank by a supporting person of their choosing. This assisting person will need to present their identification document and complete a special form.

Self service area

In all branches we have a self-service area for internet bank usage with the hight adjustable tables.
